A NOTE FROM CAPT. BASS
Thank you for your kind interest in commemorating the events of September 11, 2001,
and in recognizing the small role I played then and since.
I am often remembered as the first female captain for American Airlines, but the musical ‘Come From Away’ proves to be an equally important part of my personal journey. Each of those threads of my biography are proving to be of interest this summer, hence this webpage on a friend’s website.
While I can’t personally address every request on this 25th anniversary of 9/11, I’m happy
to share the below archive of photographs and videos which you can freely download as you
endeavor in your own commemorative activities.
